RETURN ITEMS

What items are returnable?

• Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment
• In original condition
• Unwashed and Unworn
• In the original packaging

 

What items are non-returnable?

• Orders placed with partial or full store credit / gift certificate
• Bodysuits
• SALE ITEMS
• Accessories
• Party Dresses

Are there any charges for return?

• Original shipping charges is non-refundable
• You are responsible for return shipping charges

 

How do I return?

• Enter your Order/Item(s) numbers and email address in the fields above and email form to style@belleallurecollection.com
• SUBJECT: Return

• You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
• Invoices are NOT required to create a return
  
  

 

How soon will I get my Store Credit?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your Store Credit. (This process can take 5-7 business days after the return has been delivered back to us) 
• If you are approved follow the return instructions and send the item back to us. Once we receive and verify the contents of the return you will receive notification of store credit into your account.
